Launched in 1997, Davino winery offers some of the most famous and appreciated wines. Wine game: Davino, Flamboyant, Domaine Ceptura, Monogram, Iacob, Făurar.

 Located in Dobrogea, on the banks of the Danube, between the Cochirleni and Rasova villages, the Domaine DUMETRIER complex includes a vineyard, a wine cellar, as well as a hotel, a spa, a restaurant and a farm that will be the supplier for the restaurant. The hotel will also offer a bar and a conference room, while the spa will have two saunas, two massage rooms, a Turkish bath, an indoor and an outdoor pool. In this harmonious and sustainable universe, we want to offer our guests a unique experience that brings together wine, gastronomy, architecture, nature, people and culture. We paid special attention to the architecture of the entire site, so that the winery and the rest of the two hectares’ complex integrate naturally into the Danube landscape. The Domaine DUMETRIER vineyard is located 7 km away from the winery, near the Danube banks, covering 2 hills on an area of ​​73 ha. It was planted in 2011 protecting the characteristics of the chosen terroir. In this balanced, ecological environment, we also integrated rarely planted varieties in Romania such as Malbec, Mourvèdre and Semillon. Classic varieties such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Syrah and a very rare but known Romanian variety Negru de Drăgășani are also present. We want the vine to transmit to the grape and wine composition the characteristics of the terroir whose maximum components have been protected. Our grapes are harvested manually, are ecological and we apply a minimum of controlled treatments by daily checking the vineyard and the weather conditions. Each Domaine DUMETRIER wine expresses the purity of the variety, the genuineness of the fruit, the expression of the terroir and goes through a rigorous internal selection. The construction of the winery will be completed at the end of 2022, while the hotel, restaurant and spa will open their doors to welcome guests at the end of 2024.

Domeniile Alexandrion Rhein 1892 is a combination of history, tradition, experience and passion dating back to 1892. Domeniile Alexandrion Rhein 1892 is one of the largest Romanian producers & exporters of bottled wine, having over 60% of the annual production sold abroad. Domeniile Alexandrion Rhein 1892 production / storage facilities, 3 bottling lines, temperature controlled storage and underground cellars. The winery successfully capitalizes on the potential and diversity of the most famous wine regions in Romania, owning approximately 250 hectares of vineyards in Dealu Mare and other wine regions. Part of the vineyard is drip irrigated and certified as organic. Dealu Mare, located in the Dealurile Munteniei wine region, has deep roots in the history of the region, called "the land of red wines". The typical warm, dry microclimate and fairly long autumns favor a slow and thorough ripening of the grapes. There is a long vegetation period of 210-240 days, with a maximum humidity of 55-80%. The soil here is dotted with marine fossils, and the grapes enjoy the perfect combination of warm days and cold nights. Rhein & Cie 1892 wineries, from Azuga, a sparkling wine production unit and oenological tourism are considered the oldest location in the country where sparkling wine is produced without interruption by the traditional method. In the cellars built above ground, with double walls, black mold and natural ventilation, visitors can fully appreciate the art of producing sparkling wine.

The story begins with a visionary in Dealu Mare, between Gura Vadului and Săhăteni, where in 2000, Denis Thomas, owner and winemaker from Burgundy, set up the first organic vineyard in Romania. Denis Thomas takes over and develops a 45-hectare plantation in an area of Dealu Mare, where the terroir, similar to that of Burgundy, allows the production of Romanian wines in the French spirit. Starting in 2020, Domeniile Franco-Române belongs to a group of Romanian investors who intend to use their passion for viticulture to bring the winery's wines closer to consumers in Romania and abroad. The mission of the investors is to modernise the winery, expand storage and vinification capacity, and develop the organic plantation that brought Romania the first Ecocert certified wine in 2006. To the 45 hectares taken over from Denis Thomas, the Olariu family has added another 40 hectares of vines (a plantation known in the Gura Vadului area as "Domeniile Persu-Eminescu"). Owned before the First World War by Mihnea Olariu's great-grandparents (Alexandru Persu - agronomist engineer, former mayor of Tohani commune and Ecaterina Eminescu - granddaughter of the poet Mihai Eminescu), the Persu-Eminescu Fields have been retroceded, since 2002, to the investor's parents, Marina and Nicolae Olariu. A family story that spans several generations, a story that goes on. At Săhăteni, in Dealu Mare, we combine traditional techniques with modern technology to produce very high-quality wines. With an area of 1900 sqm, our winery has vinification and storage facilities for all types of wines: white, rose and red. As Ecocert certification also requires strict procedures in the winemaking process, we have our own analysis laboratory for each stage of production. Bottling and labelling is also automated. In this way, we ensure that all wines produced are of high-quality standards. At present, the following varieties are grown on 85 hectares at Domeniile Franco-Române: • White Grapes: Fetească Albă BIO, Tămâioasă Românească BIO, Sauvignon Blanc BIO, Chardonnay BIO, Fetească Regală, Riesling Italian BIO. • Red grapes: Pinot Noir BIO, Merlot BIO, Fetească Neagră BIO, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot. The winery's portfolio includes the brands Rendez-Vous, DFR, Vigneron and Arrogance. The winery can be visited by groups of a minimum of 6 people - a maximum of 20 people, from Monday to Friday, with prior reservation at least 2 days in advance at contact@dfr-wines.ro. The starting times of the tours are 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., which may differ depending on the season.

Ostrov Vineyard is located in the southwest of Dobrogea, at the angle formed by the Danube in the northeast and the border with Bulgaria in the south, on the right bank of the Danube. It is part of the Danube Terraces wine region and includes the Ostrov, Băneasa, Oltina and Aliman wine centers. The Ostrov wine center stretches for 30 km along the Danube on the right bank, with a width ranging from 500 m to 5 km. The communes and villages included in this area are: Ostrov, Almalău, Gîrliţa, Lipniţa, Coslugea, Canlia s.a. The plains that are part of the Ostrov vineyard are: Lipniţa, Esicheioi, Negureni, Adamclisi, s.a. On the vineyards belonging to the Ostrov vineyard are produced valuable red wines of Cabernet Sauvignon but also quality white wines such as: Italian Riesling, Fetească alba, Sauvignon blanc.

The domain is located in Valea Călugarească, Nicovani village. It owns 4 ha cultivated with vines and a new boutique winery, equipped with ultramodern winemaking equipment that has a production capacity of 100,000 lt. Nicovani Valley is dated as part of the locality since the 15th century. It has an old tradition in cultivating vines and producing wine. At the beginning of the 20th century, a number of important people lived here with mansions. Among them is Ion Bujoiu, a politician, former Minister of Economy in the interwar period. This domain belonged to the Bujoiu family until 1947, and after 1989 it was returned to the family's heirs, from whom in 2013 Mrs. Bianca Ioniță bought it, renaming the domain after her mother, Mrs. Adina Aristița Ioniță. The construction of the winery is new, incorporating a cellar from over a century. The equipment is new and responds to any challenge of modern winemaking. The capacity of the winery is 1000 hl. The winery has a flow dedicated to visits, but also a tasting space designed as a place of relaxation and recreation in the company of wine, where professional and leisure tastings can be organized.

Domeniul Bogdan was born from a dream…the dream of producing exceptional and natural wines. We started our journey in 2011, when we planted our vineyards in Dobrogea, the land between the Danube and the Black Sea, in the well-known wine region of Murfatlar D.O.C., close to Pestera village, a region with tradition in cultivating grapes since ancient times. Then followed study trips in the fascinating world of wine and in the end we learnt that the secret of a very good wine lies in the very good quality of the grapes. Hence our choice to cultivate the entire area according to the principles of biodynamic viticulture – the Life forces science, the cultivation system with the most holistic approach, this being our vision regarding the future of agriculture towards healthy food. This is how the first biodynamic wine farm in Romania came into being. Respect for Life in all its forms is the base of our philosophy: respect for Nature, for the Earth, plants, animals, insects, the environment of the people working in the vineyard and, last but not the least, of the people who consume our wines. We are convinced that high quality grapes can be obtained only by observing and respecting the principles and rhythms of Nature, this cultivation method allowing the terroir to express itself by developing authentic flavours and by producing wines with character. Our intention is to integrate sustainable biodynamic viticulture with the latest wine-making technologies, in order to achieve our goal: producing exceptional wines. GRAMMA is a powerful concept designed to open a new direction in wine communication: that of intelligent conversation and flawless language free from the impact of liquor, because the correct and harmonious expression always denotes physical and mental balance. The story of the Gramma winery begins in 1992 with the inheritance by the Olteanu family of an area of ​​land planted with vines near Iasi. We started in 2007, with 60 ha of vines over 30 years old and with only 3 varieties of grapes: Aligoté, Fetească Regală and Fetească Albă. For the construction of the winery and its endowment with modern winemaking equipment, they accessed SAPARD funds, but also a loan from the bank and the rest from their own funds. A total of 1.9 million euros. In the spring of 2010 Gramma came on the market, attacking the HoReCa segment, with the first 3 white wines from the previous year's harvest: Aligoté (dry), Fetească

With an area of only 25 ha, Gramofon Wine has a diversified wine portfolio that is suitable for both those who are just now discovering wine and connoisseurs. The GRAMOFON WINE vineyards are located in the vicinity of Urlați. The vineyard has been replanted since 2009, at a distance of 2.2 m, each variety being distributed on relatively small areas to allow the most rigorous maintenance of the plantation. The concept of Gramofon Wine is to convey the harmony of wine in the simplest and most natural way. Our wines have an organic development, and the techniques and the complex vinification processes used are intended to perfect and potentiate every flavor and taste. Starting summer of 2022 Gramofon offers accommodation in 5 tiny houses situated in the vineyard and from spring 2024 the winery opened Gramofon Inn, an accommodation unit with 14 rooms.

HB Wine   is a young but ambitious winery, built in 3 months in 2023, specializing exclusively in premium terroir wines from the Minis vineyards in Arad county. It is equipped with state-of-the-art technology having controlled room temperatures and tanks provided by geothermal heat pumps. A key role in defining the style of the winery is played by oenologist Clara Kardos, who blends local viticultural tradition with modern techniques to produce expressive, balanced and elegant wines. Under her guidance, HB Wine wines have won gold and silver awards at prestigious international competitions such as Mundus Vini Germany and Vinarium Bucharest. The Rupes Nobilis range of wines, which takes its name from "Stanca Nobila" - a volcanic rock with dolomite insertions, found at a maximum depth of 1 meter in the vineyard, reflects the oenologist's vision and mastery in creating premium wines that express the authenticity of the Minis  terroir. In exceptional years (e.g. 2023) we launched a top range:  Grand Reserve with exceptional wines such as Cuvee Bordignon. Ivan Pescar is a project born of friendship and common passion for the tastes and smells of the Danube Delta. Ivan Patzaichin, his team that develops local gastronomy programs and promotes the intangible heritage of the Delta, Dan Buhai, a local producer with a successful business in processing fish with traditional recipes, together with Sorin Zaharia and architect Bogdan Mihalca imagined a Fish Cool and trendy bar, in which the tradition is reinvented for the 21st century (with a romgleza within reasonable limits). Ivan Pescar offers a sincere experience, based on the quality and freshness of the fish. Our dishes are cooked according to local recipes and prohibition periods, from fresh, local and seasonal fish, from responsible catches, because we want to be here, on the Tulcea seafront, for a long time to come, and we protect our future sources of fish. Located on the Danube Waterfront, the Ivan Pescar Fish Bar, together with the Fisheries Promotion Center and the local souvenir shop, form a hub for promoting the Delta and the local culture. Tradition does not mean going back to the past, but it is alive and in step with the passage of time, so the place we propose is cool and trendy. We want to make everyone who crosses our threshold to understand what ecotourism is, to get acquainted with fishing tourism, but especially to leave us talking about slow-tourism - the Romanian version of common sense tourism; come to us for fast-fish (if you agree to interpret the Lipovan steaks as the local hamburger), but especially enjoy slow-fish. And if the souvenir he leaves from the fish bar-shop on the Cliff has a slight fishy smell, it means that our project is successful.

We want to pamper you with Romanian specialties, to which our chef adds an extra international reputation, in order to offer you a special culinary experience. Enjoy a traditional atmosphere with good food and selected regional wines. Our products come almost exclusively from Transylvania, they are freshly prepared and seasonal. For pizza and pasta lovers we have created an original potpourri characterized by flavor and diversity.

The place looks a bit like a campsite, only you don't sleep in small houses, but in huge barrels, very inviting, especially after a visit to the winery. We also have accommodation solutions for lovers of increased comfort: five double rooms, with everything they need. FIRST THE BARRELS: Six in number, brought from far away, should have reached the cellar. They proved unusable, but not useless. Skillfully modified and arranged, the wine barrels were transformed in bedrooms. The only wine barrels bedrooms in the country. It was around 2005. The barrels have two beds each and are well thermally insolated. There is a bathroom with a shower nearby. THEN I RAISED THE PENSION. To cover the cold season and to please everyone, in 2012 we built a classic guesthouse nearby. It has five rooms with bathrooms, balconies and terraces, central heating, well-equipped kitchen available to guests.

Located 100 km from Bucharest, in the Dealu Mare Vineyard, Lacerta winery welcomes you with 82 hectares of vines that produce wines that have won medals at numerous international competitions.    The winery produces white, rose, red and dessert wines, which are divided into several ranges: Vintage Collection, Grand Prix, Dolce, Gift Collection.

I started from an idea and a wish. I wanted to eat well, I wanted to eat in the city, with my friends. I worked all day, finding no time to go home, fed up with the same eternal fast food sandwiches. I dreamed of the days when steaming food on the table was waiting for me, warm and tasty. With very good ingredients in it. In my dreams we eat at my mother's. That's how the idea was born. That's how "La Mama" was born. Out of necessity, out of longing and why not, out of hunger. Mom always puts very good food on the table. Mom doesn't mind I eat a lot. I always feel good about my mother. Because it's something else. We started twenty-three years ago, on February 27, 1999, with an idea. We have tried to keep this idea intact, and even improve it day by day. Because just as I was most important to my mother when I came home for dinner, so you, our customers, are the most important!

The vineyard has an area of 70 hectares, 45 of which are planted with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Noir, Riesling de Rhein, Fetească Neagră, Neuburger, Cabernet Sauvignon, the plantings being carried out in different years. The year 2014 brought with it the first wine production of La Salina Winery under the ISSA brand.

Location: Dealu Mare Vineyard, Gura Vadului locality, 7 km from Mizil, between Ploiești and Buzău. Plantations: 30 hectares of vineyards with an average age of 15 years  The plantation is part of the Tohani wine center, Dealu Mare vineyard and is located at an altitude of 215 m. Cultivates: Sauvignon blanc, Fetească alba, Chardonnay, Tămâioasă românească, Fetească neagră, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Liliac Winery has a small cottage located in the vineyard in the village of Batoș, a short distance from the winery. Cabana Liliac Lodge Batoș is located about 1 km from the winery, on a hilltop, in the middle of the vineyard. The cottage has a tasting room, a small terrace and a single room for accommodation (suitable for 2 people). The room has a bathroom with shower. At Liliac Lodge Batoș you can have a wine tasting accompanied by lunch or dinner or you can organize small outdoor events or in the tent that the hosts provide. Liliac Lodge provides 2 MTB bikes for guests to ride around the vineyard. A cold breakfast is served, and the rest of the meals are served by local restaurants. Liliac Winery keeps alive the heritage of the Transylvanian terroir through its young-spirited wines, reviving the Lechința wine region. Established in 2010, the winery uses modern winemaking techniques that bring out the essence of local grapes, ripe under the gentle Transylvanian sun and hand-picked from the 52-hectare vineyard in the hills of Batoș (Mureș county) and Lechința (Bistrița county).

MARCEA - A new story in the ancient vineyard of Ștefănești. On the highest hill of Ștefănești, an area where wine is a millennial tradition, a new story of Romanian viticulture is being born, where the modern merges with the traditional. 25 hectares of young plantations and a winery with ultra-modern technology created to highlight the huge potential of the Ștefănești wine-growing area.

MaxiMarc is a young winery, a family business based in the Western part of Romania, in Miniș-Măderat wine area in Arad County. We produce premium wines that reflect the terroir of the area. Our winemaking includes both local and international varieties, but we are focusing on Mustoasa de Măderat, Cadarcă, and soon on Furmint. Our goal is to keep and continue the tradition of this special place with a modern approach, developing wine tourism and placing Miniș-Măderat on the Romanian wine map and go internationally too. Our first wines were produced here, in the old winery in 2016 the place that is now dedicated to the maturation of wines. Today we process our grapes in a new modern facility, equipped with updated technology. We own 80 hectares of vines, of which 40 ha are already producing fruit. The rest of the plantation are new vines that will produce fruit in the following years. The winery is situated in Măderat village, neighboring the other 15 wineries. We are glad we can be part of this community, and we are looking forward to increasing the wine area notoriety together. Our goal for each wine is to place the “terroir” in the wine glass. Petro Vaselo (Vigna srl) was founded in 2002 and now owns a total area of 172 ha of land, of which, in the present 42 are planted with vineyards. Pleiada Boutique Hotel is the only five-star hotel in the region of Moldova. The hotel is located in a quiet and secluded area of Iași. Sardin - a restaurant with a Mediterranean touch and responsible cuisine. We use only ingredients of controlled origin, authentic traditional products, wild fish and seafood.

The name S.E.R.V.E represents the Euro-Romanian Society of Exceptional Wines, and the foundations of this winery have been laid since 1994 by Count Guy de Poix, a French wine producer and owner of 50 ha of vineyards in Corsica. S.E.R.V.E becomes the first private wine company in Romania since 1989. Today S.E.R.V.E has 110 ha of replanted vines in Dealu Mare and 56 ha in Podgoria Babadag (Cogealac); the winery is equipped with a bottling line of 2000 bottles / hour and has a capacity of 20,000 hl. Pietroasele este un loc plin de poveste. Un areal încărcat cu istorie de legendă și tradiții timpurii misterioase, comuna Pietroasele este recunoscută mai ales pentru comorile sale – precum Cloșca cu Puii de Aur. Însă adevăratul tezaur al Pietroasei este vinul. 1893 - 1895 Stațiunea fost înființată sub numele de Pepiniera Pietroasa, în urma invaziei dezastruoase de filoxera – fiind prima unitate de acest fel din România. La Pietroasa s-a înființat pe o suprafață de 10 hectare, o colecție impresionantă de 737 de soiuri de viță de vie – adunate din toate colțurile lumii. Începând cu anul 1894 a intrat în funcțiune școala de altoitori din cadrul Pepinierei Pietroasa. 1924 A fost înființată și Stațiunea Viticolă Oenologică Pietroasa – instituție cu caracter științific – menită să întreprindă cercetări în vederea rezolvării problemelor care vizează domeniul viticol. Tot în cadrul acestei instituții a luat naștere și școala de ucenici agricoli pentru formarea de viticultori practicieni. 1928 - 1958 S.V.O. (Stațiunea Viticolă Oenologică Pietroasa) a preluat denumirea de Via Experimentală Pietroasa – ea fiind prima unitate viticolă din țară în care s-au organizat experiențe sistematice, în ceea ce privește comportamentul soiurilor de viță de vie roditoare și de portaltoi, aplicarea tăierilor în uscat, prevenirea și combaterea bolilor și dăunătorilor. Începând cu anul 1958, aceasta devine Stațiunea Experimentală Viticolă Pietroasa. 1972 A devenit una din stațiunile Institutului de Cercetări Horti-Viticole, apoi ale Institutului de Viticultură și Vinificație de la Valea Călugărească, iar în anul 2005 reintră în subordinea Universității de Științe Agricole și Medicină Veterinară – București, în calitate de filială a acesteia. 2005 Pe teritoriul Pietroasei se mai regăsește și un renumit centru viticol – filială a U.S.A.M.V. București încă din anul 2005. Este vorba despre Stațiunea de Cercetare Dezvoltare pentru Viticultură și Vinificație – care face parte, din punct de vedere teritorial, din Podgoria Dealu Mare. 2014 Suprafața stațiunii s-a diminuat ca urmare a retrocedărilor efectuate, de la 512 ha în 2003, la 203,38 ha în 2014 2019 În acel an a avut loc un alt moment important din istoria Stațiunii de Cercetare Dezvoltare pentru Viticultură și Vinificație Pietroasa – mai exact, atunci când aceasta s-a unit cu Pepiniera Istrița, și împreună au format Staţiunea Didactică de Cercetare Dezvoltare pentru Viticultură şi Pomicultură Pietroasa – Istrița. În prezent deține 401ha agricole cultivate cu viță de vie, pomi fructiferi, pepiniere viticole, pepiniere pomicole și cultură mare. Tezaurul viilor bogate era însă de mult prezent pe dealurile însorite din Pietroasa. Cu timpul, acestea au fost fructificate la potențialul lor maxim și au continuat să își creeze un excelent renume. Ceea ce inițial a început cu o stațiune de dezvoltare pentru viticultură, s-a transformat într-o filială a Universității de Științe Agronomice și Medicină Veterinară din București (2005). Renumitul Centru Viticol Pietroasa, ce avea să fie mai târziu numit Stațiunea de Cercetare-Dezvoltare pentru Viticultură și Vinificație Pietroasa, a fost punctul de plecare pentru multe soluții și metode noi de producere a materialului săditor viticol. În prezent, acesta poartă numele de Stațiunea Didactică de Cercetare și Dezvoltare pentru Viticultură și Pomicultură Pietroasa – Istrița.
