S.E.R.V.E.

The name S.E.R.V.E represents the Euro-Romanian Society of Exceptional Wines, and the foundations of this winery have been laid since 1994 by Count Guy de Poix, a French wine producer and owner of 50 ha of vineyards in Corsica. S.E.R.V.E becomes the first private wine company in Romania since 1989.

Today S.E.R.V.E has 110 ha of replanted vines in Dealu Mare and 56 ha in Podgoria Babadag (Cogealac); the winery is equipped with a bottling line of 2000 bottles / hour and has a capacity of 20,000 hl.

The owner of the winery is Mihaela Tyrel de Poix, and the winemaker is Aurel Rotarescu.
