Crama 3 Conace (3 Conace Winery) is a project born in 2021 in a region with a wine- growing tradition and a bold, modern vision. Their goal is to build, step by step, a solid brand with modern, expressive wines that have already gained international recognition. In the long term, Crama 3 Conace aims to develop into a complex estate, with restaurants, specially designed event spaces, wine tourism, a place where people come with PLEASURE, to share their EMOTIONS and JOY for life. With its 65 hectares of cultivated vineyards, located on the hills near Buzău, in the “Dealu Mare” wine region, Crama 3 Conace has a clear vision: high-quality grapes and modern wines. They work with carefully selected varieties, from Romanian ones such as Fetească Neagră, Fetească Regală, and Fetească Albă, to international classics like Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Shiraz. The vineyard is maintained using modern viticulture practices, they strictly follow the technology, closely monitor every plot and harvest each variety at the right moment. The story of the wine begins in the vineyard. Here lies the foundation of every medal, every successful wine, every glass that tells a story. Crama 3 Conace is not yet open for regular visits, but it organizes various events and parties in the vineyard that they announce in advance. Polizu Manor is placed between the beautiful hills of Moldova, right next to the well known vineyards of Cotnari. It was built in the 19th century and renovated between 2000 and 2006, and now it offers beautiful historical and modern facilities to its guests. Polizu Manor organizes both public and private events. In addition, here you can enjoy Tasting Menus, themed dinners, wine tastings, as well as sake tastings and pairings, water tastings and pairings, tea tastings and pairings.

HB Wine   is a young but ambitious winery, built in 3 months in 2023, specializing exclusively in premium terroir wines from the Minis vineyards in Arad county. It is equipped with state-of-the-art technology having controlled room temperatures and tanks provided by geothermal heat pumps. A key role in defining the style of the winery is played by oenologist Clara Kardos, who blends local viticultural tradition with modern techniques to produce expressive, balanced and elegant wines. Under her guidance, HB Wine wines have won gold and silver awards at prestigious international competitions such as Mundus Vini Germany and Vinarium Bucharest. The Rupes Nobilis range of wines, which takes its name from "Stanca Nobila" - a volcanic rock with dolomite insertions, found at a maximum depth of 1 meter in the vineyard, reflects the oenologist's vision and mastery in creating premium wines that express the authenticity of the Minis  terroir. In exceptional years (e.g. 2023) we launched a top range:  Grand Reserve with exceptional wines such as Cuvee Bordignon. Starting with summer 2025, HB Wine winery is ready to host wine tastings on its newly renovated terrace. The terrace is a generous, open and welcoming space, ideal for wine tasting events.
