CLOS DES COLOMBES WINERY is the result of a crazy dream of Anne Marie Rosenberg, who transformed an old farm located on the shores of the Black Sea into a wine estate. This French-Romanian, who comes from a long line of Champagne winemakers, created with the help of her faithful team and her son, a favorite place for lovers of good wine and gastronomy. The word 'CLOS' in CLOS DES COLOMBES is an ancestral tradition. In French, the word "clos" describes a closed vineyard, generally surrounded by a dry stone wall. The word 'COLOMBES' from CLOS DES COLOMBES represents the past of the domain: an old house with pigeons that we renovated and the pigeons that were in a small number at the beginning, but that grew on the course.

Polizu Manor is placed between the beautiful hills of Moldova, right next to the well known vineyards of Cotnari. It was built in the 19th century and renovated between 2000 and 2006, and now it offers beautiful historical and modern facilities to its guests. Polizu Manor organizes both public and private events. In addition, here you can enjoy Tasting Menus, themed dinners, wine tastings, as well as sake tastings and pairings, water tastings and pairings, tea tastings and pairings.

Located in the village of Vadu Săpat, on the border between Prahova and Buzău counties, Crama de Piatră awaits you with an accommodation unit with 11 rooms, a restaurant, as well as its signature wines. The place where the winery is located has existed for more than 100 years. The winery was built over the course of three years, between 1909-1912, its completion being done by Italian craftsmen who arrived in the Dealu Mare vineyard, where they made two other wineries. During this time, Clinciu Ion arrived in the area and married a noble girl from here. At the wedding, they received 20 hectares of vines as a gift, which prompted Clinciu Ion to build a winery, using stone as material. At the entrance to the cellar you can still see today the coat of arms inscribed in stone, with the initials C. I and the year 1912. From the interwar period until 1995, the winery was managed by Cramele Prahova. After 1995, there was a 23-year period when the place was abandoned, but in 2018 building rehabilitation works began. Also in 2018 the first Crama de Piatră brand wines appeared. The vineyard area has 8 hectares, and approximately 30,000 bottles of wine bottled annually. While the cellar and the production hall were reconsolidated, the old manor house, visibly destroyed, was rebuilt offering today 11 rooms (9 double rooms and 2 apartments), with 12 cottages to be added shortly. Crama de Piatră also has a restaurant with 90 seats and a terrace. Crama de Piatră works with local farmers to ensure they always have fresh food, and in the spring and summer they produce their own vegetables in their own greenhouse. Available activities: winery tours with wine tasting made by Crama de Piatră but also other wineries in the area, walks on the hill and among the vineyards, walks with all-terrain vehicles, horse and cart rides (with external collaborators), campfire. With an area of only 25 ha, Gramofon Wine has a diversified wine portfolio that is suitable for both those who are just now discovering wine and connoisseurs. The GRAMOFON WINE vineyards are located in the vicinity of Urlați. The vineyard has been replanted since 2009, at a distance of 2.2 m, each variety being distributed on relatively small areas to allow the most rigorous maintenance of the plantation. The concept of Gramofon Wine is to convey the harmony of wine in the simplest and most natural way. Our wines have an organic development, and the techniques and the complex vinification processes used are intended to perfect and potentiate every flavor and taste. Starting summer of 2022 Gramofon offers accommodation in 5 tiny houses situated in the vineyard and from spring 2024 the winery opened Gramofon Inn, an accommodation unit with 14 rooms.

Ivan Pescar is a project born of friendship and common passion for the tastes and smells of the Danube Delta. Ivan Patzaichin, his team that develops local gastronomy programs and promotes the intangible heritage of the Delta, Dan Buhai, a local producer with a successful business in processing fish with traditional recipes, together with Sorin Zaharia and architect Bogdan Mihalca imagined a Fish Cool and trendy bar, in which the tradition is reinvented for the 21st century (with a romgleza within reasonable limits). Ivan Pescar offers a sincere experience, based on the quality and freshness of the fish. Our dishes are cooked according to local recipes and prohibition periods, from fresh, local and seasonal fish, from responsible catches, because we want to be here, on the Tulcea seafront, for a long time to come, and we protect our future sources of fish. Located on the Danube Waterfront, the Ivan Pescar Fish Bar, together with the Fisheries Promotion Center and the local souvenir shop, form a hub for promoting the Delta and the local culture. Tradition does not mean going back to the past, but it is alive and in step with the passage of time, so the place we propose is cool and trendy. We want to pamper you with Romanian specialties, to which our chef adds an extra international reputation, in order to offer you a special culinary experience. Enjoy a traditional atmosphere with good food and selected regional wines. Our products come almost exclusively from Transylvania, they are freshly prepared and seasonal. For pizza and pasta lovers we have created an original potpourri characterized by flavor and diversity.

The place looks a bit like a campsite, only you don't sleep in small houses, but in huge barrels, very inviting, especially after a visit to the winery. We also have accommodation solutions for lovers of increased comfort: five double rooms, with everything they need. FIRST THE BARRELS: Six in number, brought from far away, should have reached the cellar. They proved unusable, but not useless. Skillfully modified and arranged, the wine barrels were transformed in bedrooms. The only wine barrels bedrooms in the country. It was around 2005. The barrels have two beds each and are well thermally insolated. There is a bathroom with a shower nearby. THEN I RAISED THE PENSION. To cover the cold season and to please everyone, in 2012 we built a classic guesthouse nearby. It has five rooms with bathrooms, balconies and terraces, central heating, well-equipped kitchen available to guests.

I started from an idea and a wish. I wanted to eat well, I wanted to eat in the city, with my friends. I worked all day, finding no time to go home, fed up with the same eternal fast food sandwiches. I dreamed of the days when steaming food on the table was waiting for me, warm and tasty. With very good ingredients in it. In my dreams we eat at my mother's. That's how the idea was born. That's how "La Mama" was born. Out of necessity, out of longing and why not, out of hunger. Mom always puts very good food on the table. Mom doesn't mind I eat a lot. I always feel good about my mother. Because it's something else. We started twenty-three years ago, on February 27, 1999, with an idea. We have tried to keep this idea intact, and even improve it day by day. Because just as I was most important to my mother when I came home for dinner, so you, our customers, are the most important!

Liliac Winery has a small cottage located in the vineyard in the village of Batoș, a short distance from the winery. Cabana Liliac Lodge Batoș is located about 1 km from the winery, on a hilltop, in the middle of the vineyard. The cottage has a tasting room, a small terrace and a single room for accommodation (suitable for 2 people). The room has a bathroom with shower. At Liliac Lodge Batoș you can have a wine tasting accompanied by lunch or dinner or you can organize small outdoor events or in the tent that the hosts provide. Liliac Lodge provides 2 MTB bikes for guests to ride around the vineyard. A cold breakfast is served, and the rest of the meals are served by local restaurants. Liliac Winery keeps alive the heritage of the Transylvanian terroir through its young-spirited wines, reviving the Lechința wine region. Established in 2010, the winery uses modern winemaking techniques that bring out the essence of local grapes, ripe under the gentle Transylvanian sun and hand-picked from the 52-hectare vineyard in the hills of Batoș (Mureș county) and Lechința (Bistrița county).

Vinalia - Conacul din Ceptura is located in Ceptura de Jos, in Prahova County, 25 km from Ploiești. The mansion offers a sauna and a private beach area. The guest house has an outdoor pool and views of the pool. Guests can enjoy drinks at the bar. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. The rooms in Vinalia - Conacul din Ceptura are an oasis of peace and tranquility, a treat with sweet words about wine and a sensory experience. We chose a minimalist design for the rooms, with finished walls reminiscent of grandparents' house and a lot of objects that continue the story of wine: lighting fixtures made of wine bottles, staves and barrel circles, paintings with words about wine. The simple, antique furniture is completed with the covers of the interwar scores, and the bathrooms have a view of the room. The mansion has a total of 20 rooms and 40-45 accommodation places.

As the first wine cellar in Sibiu, our main desire is to offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy good Romanian wines in a relaxing atmosphere.
