Budureasca Winery has just launched the SABRIZE, a range of wines that symbolizes the fusion between the distinct natural elements of Budureasca area (sand, sea, salt and breeze). The name SABRIZE evokes the sonority of the ancient Dacian language, representing the unique terroir of the vineyard, located at over 300m altitude. These territories preserve the imprint of the seabed of the Sarmatian Sea, which existed here millions of years ago.
Budureasca Valley is a place with a fascinating history, full of archaeological discoveries which attests the existence of ancient civilizations. Located in the heart of Dealu Mare, one of the most famous wine regions in Romania, Budureasca Valley has been over the centuries an ideal place for vine cultivation due to its rich soil and favorable climate.

Located in the heart of Dealu Mare, one of the most famous wine regions in Romania, Budureasca Valley has been over the centuries an ideal place for vine cultivation due to its rich soil and favorable climate.
SABRIZE range includes four exceptional wines:
- Sauvignon Blanc 2023: with an intense aromatic bouquet of elderflower and tropical fruits, the taste of ripe gooseberries and the long and fresh finish ensure a complete tasting experience. It is ideal to be enjoyed with salads, seafood or light chicken dishes.
- Fume 2023: A refined combination of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris, this wine has a round and velvety taste of tropical fruit, complemented by notes of oak, due to aging for five months in French oak barrels. The wine can be paired with aged cheeses, pork or grilled fish.
- Rosé 2023: Light rose in color with a fresh and fruity bouquet, this wine offers a round taste of strawberries, with balanced acidity and a long and velvety finish, enriched with a fine amount of carbon dioxide for added freshness. It is the ideal companion for appetizers, salads and white meat dishes.
- Fetească Neagră 2023: With fruity aromas of black currants and blackberries, this wine is distinguished by notes of plum jam and a long aftertaste, well balanced with moderate acidity, in a beautiful dark ruby color. This wine is an excellent choice for red meat or game dishes.
SABRIZE wines were launched at the end of May in a dedicated event that took place at the winery in Dealu Mare. The event was held under the slogan "We value history / We are nature / We create the future", the host of the ceremony being Cezar Ioan - Vinul.ro
