Sardin winter menu tasting + Davino wines

At the end of November 2019 I had the pleasure to try the winter menu launched by the Sardin restaurant on the occasion of the Sardin Taste event | Winter menu + wine from Davino

Not only did I really like all the dishes, but it was hard for me to choose my favorites:

- foie gras terrine with truffle paste
- truffle pasta
- beef jaw cooked at low temperature with red wine sauce.

The dinner was superbly matched with Davino wines, of which Domaine Ceptura Rouge 2015 remained in my soul. 🍷
