Grădini de București: Must & Beaujolais (București)
This autumn brings the beginning of a new series of tasty events: "Grădini de Bucharest" series begins with "Must and Beaujolais" on October 19th in the courtyard of Grill Garden & Hidden - The Social Space in Bucharest.
Back in time... a glass of wine, a strip of lamb enjoyed straight from the rack, a story about the soul, people, guilty love and untouched tradition by the tumult of time.
A bohemian elegance that will take you back in time, when every breeze brought stories and smiles!
Come and remember the innocence of joy as a child when you crushed grapes in the wine press and looked forward to tasting grandfather's must or helped grandmother put the pickles in the brine!
We honor autumn with pastrami, traditional cauldrons, Pleșcoi sausages, lamb and more.
And for the first time, you'll serve yourself new wine, straight from the barrels. And not just any wine… Beaujolais, mon cher! Of course, we have a corner with aristocratic wines and French cheeses.
Not just a feast for the body, but a feast for the soul!
What you will find in the yard:
🛢 barrels of Beaujolais from which you will serve yourself in the clay cups provided by us
🍇 a workshop with a wine press where you will find grapes to prepare your own must
🍷 a wine corner narrated by Sommelier Emil Popescu
🐏 lamb dish
🥩 mutton pastrami and other grilled dishes
🫕 lamb couldron
🥒 A pickle workshop where you will find vegetables just ready to be put in a jar (bring it from home or find it at our place) over which we will pour brine to prepare them for the winter
At the wine corner you will have the opportunity to taste some wines such as:

🍷Chardonnay Moulin de Gassac
🍷Greco di Tufo
🍷Nero D’Avola sau Syrah rosu
🍷Cotes du Rhone Rouge

Entry is free & the event takes place between 11 AM - 10 PM.
