The course lasts one day and includes several wines in the tasting. I talked about this with Zoltan Kormos - WSET Certified Educator, the initiator of the Transylvania Wine School (Trawis) and I leave his words below.
“The Introductory Wine Appreciation and Tasting Course is our most popular course as it is ideal for those who don't know much about wine but are keen to learn. We taste 13 wines, perhaps this also contributes to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the classes, but it certainly helps to effortlessly accumulate vast and rigorous knowledge.
Those who have already taken this course recommend it with confidence and often gift it as a voucher to family members, friends and colleagues. The vouchers have the great advantage that they are valid for two years and can be used in any of our courses. Due to their flexibility, they are very popular, approximately 30-40% of our students are the beneficiaries of these vouchers.
We also have wine tasting vouchers and value vouchers, but these are less popular than the introductory courses.” says Zoltan.
