Taraboste red: Vertical tasting (București)
The month of October is special in several ways. The harvest season ends, we have the National Day of Gastronomy and Wine in Romania on the first Sunday in October and National Wine Day in the Republic of Moldova on the first weekend of October, and I'm celebrating something extra: this year marks 8 years since I entered the world of wine.
My story with wine begins at "National Wine Day" in the Republic of Moldova in 2015, and the first winery I visited then brought me an emblematic wine: Taraboste red 2011 (Cabernet Sauvignon 100%) from Château Vartely winery.
And if 2023 is an anniversary year, I decided to celebrate it in a tasty way with a special wine tasting from my personal collection.
On October 25th, I invite you to "Taraboste red: vertical tasting".
If you have not participated in a "vertical tasting" before, now you have the opportunity. A vertical tasting means trying wines from a single winery, from the same range, from the same grape varieties, but from different harvest years.
On October 25, we will have the opportunity to compare wines from 6 different vintages: 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018.
In addition, we were joined at the event by the publishing house Baroque Books & Arts, which has been publishing books about wine in "In Vino Veritas" collection for several years now. Thus, at the tasting on October 25th, you will have the opportunity to learn a few things about one of the recently published books and one of the people present will have the opportunity to take this book home. Come to the event and maybe you'll be the lucky one to go home with a wine book.

The maximum number of participants is limited to 16 people.
The minimum number of participants to be able to carry out the tasting is 10 people.
Reservation of confirmed and paid seats cannot be canceled less than 10 calendar days before the date of the event. Thus, the amounts paid will not be returned if the withdrawal is made less than 10 calendar days before the event (in this case the penalty is 100% of the amount paid).
We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to ensure the safety of all participants as well as the conduct of the wine tasting in the best conditions.
The event is exclusively for people over 18 years old.
