Thus, the world-famous oenologist, Willi Opitz (the one who won, among others, the "Late Harvest Winemaker of the Year" award in London), brings his contribution as a coordinator, through his vast knowledge in the field. And under the guidance of the specialist Rudolf Krizan, who has studied for years the various aspects of wine production, both the works in the vineyard and those in the winery rise to the highest degree of professionalism.
