We are a small artisanal winery, with a great thirst for innovation, alchemy, and new tastes that embody the new and proud generation of the Romanian winemaking tradition. We are inspired by nature and we celebrate the rich history of Romanian wine with dedication and attention, having a special curiosity for new combinations, with the best grapes we find.

The domain is located in Valea Călugarească, Nicovani village. It owns 4 ha cultivated with vines and a new boutique winery, equipped with ultramodern winemaking equipment that has a production capacity of 100,000 lt. Nicovani Valley is dated as part of the locality since the 15th century. It has an old tradition in cultivating vines and producing wine. At the beginning of the 20th century, a number of important people lived here with mansions. Among them is Ion Bujoiu, a politician, former Minister of Economy in the interwar period. This domain belonged to the Bujoiu family until 1947, and after 1989 it was returned to the family's heirs, from whom in 2013 Mrs. Bianca Ioniță bought it, renaming the domain after her mother, Mrs. Adina Aristița Ioniță. The construction of the winery is new, incorporating a cellar from over a century. The equipment is new and responds to any challenge of modern winemaking. The capacity of the winery is 1000 hl. The winery has a flow dedicated to visits, but also a tasting space designed as a place of relaxation and recreation in the company of wine, where professional and leisure tastings can be organized.

Domeniile Alexandrion Rhein 1892 is a combination of history, tradition, experience and passion dating back to 1892. Domeniile Alexandrion Rhein 1892 is one of the largest Romanian producers & exporters of bottled wine, having over 60% of the annual production sold abroad. Domeniile Alexandrion Rhein 1892 production / storage facilities, 3 bottling lines, temperature controlled storage and underground cellars. The winery successfully capitalizes on the potential and diversity of the most famous wine regions in Romania, owning approximately 250 hectares of vineyards in Dealu Mare and other wine regions. Part of the vineyard is drip irrigated and certified as organic. Dealu Mare, located in the Dealurile Munteniei wine region, has deep roots in the history of the region, called "the land of red wines". The typical warm, dry microclimate and fairly long autumns favor a slow and thorough ripening of the grapes. There is a long vegetation period of 210-240 days, with a maximum humidity of 55-80%. The soil here is dotted with marine fossils, and the grapes enjoy the perfect combination of warm days and cold nights. Rhein & Cie 1892 wineries, from Azuga, a sparkling wine production unit and oenological tourism are considered the oldest location in the country where sparkling wine is produced without interruption by the traditional method. In the cellars built above ground, with double walls, black mold and natural ventilation, visitors can fully appreciate the art of producing sparkling wine.

Budureasca is an emblematic name that has its roots in antiquity and tells a beautiful story of Romanian wine. Budureasca vineyards are set in the heart Dealu Mare DOC area, one hour away from Bucharest. Here, on an area of ​​275 hectares, both domestic and international grape varieties are cultivated. In the desire to promote sustainability and quality, Budureasca established an ecological vineyard and dedicated a separate area in the winery to produce organic wines. The winery also produces niche wines such as sparkling and orange, adding variety and complexity to its portfolio. With over 20 wine collections, Budureasca aims to satisfy a wide range of preferences and budgets, both in the domestic and international markets. Budureasca Winery is one of the most modern facilities of this type in Romania, occupying an area of ​​5,200 square meters and being buried on three sides to blend harmoniously into the landscape and to ensure thermal stability. The complex includes three main areas: production/fermentation, conditioning/storage, and maturation in oak barrels sourced from various corners of the world. In addition, the winery has office space, tasting rooms, and a shop for the presentation and sale of wines. Budureasca team is honored to work with the British oenologist Stephen Donnelly, under whose guidance Budureasca wines have won over 500 gold, silver, and bronze medals at prestigious international competitions. Location: Dealu Mare Vineyard, Gura Vadului locality, 7 km from Mizil, between Ploiești and Buzău. Plantations: 30 hectares of vineyards with an average age of 15 years  The plantation is part of the Tohani wine center, Dealu Mare vineyard and is located at an altitude of 215 m. Cultivates: Sauvignon blanc, Fetească alba, Chardonnay, Tămâioasă românească, Fetească neagră, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Location: Zona Dealu Mare-cea mai compactă zonă cu crame din România. Oenologist: Aurelia Vișinescu “Doamna Fetească Neagră” ("Miss Black Maiden")- was the first oenologist to vinify Feteasca Neagră as a dry wine Launched in 2003 at the initiative of Aurelia Vișinescu and Steve Cacenco. The winery is today on the site of a former farmhouse that was restored in 2006. Cultivated vineyard area: 82 ha in the areas of Săhăteni, Fintești, Năieni (Buzău County), of which, on 19.4 ha Fetească Neagă is cultivated, the most extensive winery plantation. Facilities: modern wine cellar that vinifies in stainless steel tanks and also has 2 aging rooms that include 500 French and Romanian wooden barrels. Location: Sat Ungureni, Comuna Vadu Săpat, Podgoria Dealu Mare Oenologist: Fiorenzo Rista The company's winery is located in Vadu Săpat commune in Prahova county and was completely renovated and refurbished between 2012 and 2014. The entire domain owned by Vitis Metamorfosis in the Dealu Mare Vineyard, in the Urlaţi and Breaza wine centers, the Valea Urloi, Fintești and Năeni wine areas has an area of 100 hectares. Of the total area, 67.5 hectares are planted with vines. Cultivated varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Fetească Neagră, Negru de Drăgăşani, Fetească Regală, Fetească Albă, Tămâioasă Românească, Muscat Ottonel, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay. The company cultivates organic grapes on an area of approximately 15 hectares in Dealu Mare Vineyard, on which are planted varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Fetească Neagră, Negru de Drăgăşani, Muscat Ottonel, Tămâioasă Românească, Feteasca Regală and Fetească Albă. Vitis Metamorfosis obtained the certification for the first organic vine crops in 2013 through Austria Bio Garantie, after a careful monitoring in the last three years. The vineyard has an area of 70 hectares, 45 of which are planted with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Noir, Riesling de Rhein, Fetească Neagră, Neuburger, Cabernet Sauvignon, the plantings being carried out in different years. The year 2014 brought with it the first wine production of La Salina Winery under the ISSA brand.

Located 100 km from Bucharest, in the Dealu Mare Vineyard, Lacerta winery welcomes you with 82 hectares of vines that produce wines that have won medals at numerous international competitions.    The winery produces white, rose, red and dessert wines, which are divided into several ranges: Vintage Collection, Grand Prix, Dolce, Gift Collection.
