Vin pe hartă. Georgia (Bucuresti)

Update 10.05.2023: the seats have been fully occupied. We'll be back soon with news about a new wine tasting.

This spring we are back with wine tastings at the Museum of Maps (Str. Londra no. 39, Sector 1 Bucharest) with a new destination: on May 16th we taste wines from Georgia and talk about an old map of this country.

The wines chosen for tasting are:
🍷 Batono De'Wino Napareuli (Rkatsiteli, Kisi Mtsvane) 2021
🍷 Batono Qvevruli Kisi Mtsvane 2018
🍷 Batono De'Wino Mukuzani (Saperavi) 2019
🍷 Barono Qvevruli Saperavi 2019

The event is organized by Winesday and the Museum of Maps, in partnership with TrueWines and Baroque Books & Arts, through which the museum promotes its heritage to the general public.

This time we are joined at the event by the publishing house Baroque Books & Arts, which has been publishing books about wine in the "In Vino Veritas" collection for several years now. Thus, at the tasting on May 16th, you will have the opportunity to learn a few things about one of the recently published books and one of the people present will have the opportunity to go home with this book. Come to the event and maybe you'll be the lucky one to go home with a wine book.

Time schedule:
18:30 – 19:00 arrival of participants and individual visit of the Museum
19:00 – 19:20 presentation of a map of Georgia from the heritage of the Map Museum
