Taste of Transylvania (Valea Boros)

The Gastronomic Taste of Transylvania festival is a dream came true. The dream of chefs, HoReCa entrepreneurs and local passionate producers. Our goal is to open a new chapter in Transylvanian gastronomic culture. We set off together towards rediscovering our gastronomic traditions and skills and saving our heritage from extinction - we want to put Transylvania, this special and hidden region, back on the international gastronomic map as a new destination, but still timeless.

Starting from the huge success of the first festival in the first two years, in 2024 we embark on a new culinary journey at the same breathtaking location, Boroș Holiday Village. This year, in addition to cultural diversity, open spirit and the protection of culinary traditions, we are preparing and other cultural and musical programs that we will reveal throughout the year.
