A FESTIVE WINTER BEER JOURNEY: DECEMBER 10TH

Step into the holiday season with a warming exploration of five bold craft beers, perfectly paired with artisanal Romanian cheeses and charcuterie. Surrounded by a softly festive Christmas décor, we’ll gather for an evening of rich flavours, winter stories, and cozy seasonal cheer.

Our evening begins promptly at 7:00 PM and unfolds over two and a half hours of guided tasting, storytelling, and sensory exploration. Whether you speak English or Romanian, you’ll feel completely at home, the entire experience is bilingual.

Throughout the night, you’ll be guided through five unique winter-season beers, each chosen to showcase styles that warm the soul: smoky profiles, barrel-aged complexity, wild fermentation brightness, and bold, festive intensity.

As you taste, I’ll share professional tasting techniques and insights from my brewing experience, making this journey perfect for both curious newcomers and seasoned craft beer lovers.

To complement the beer selection, you’ll enjoy beautifully arranged platters of Romanian artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, rustic bread, nuts, and olives. While not meant as a full dinner, these pairings are thoughtfully chosen to elevate each beer and reveal how flavours transform when food meets craft.

At the end of the event, you’ll receive a small suvenir to take home.

The experience is 225 lei per person, with advance payment required to secure your spot.
