Join me for 2025's first craft beer tasting journey! We'll explore 5 unique craft beers in an intimate setting, sharing stories and discovering new flavors through a guided experience perfect for both beer enthusiasts and curious beginners. This session will be conducted bilingually (Romanian & English), creating an inclusive atmosphere for our mixed group of local and international participants.

I'm Ioana, a craft beer lover, brewer, and ex-founder of a microbrewery. My 10+ year journey in the craft beer world started with homebrewing in my kitchen and led me to travel the world, discovering amazing beers and even more amazing stories. Now, I'm excited to share my passion and knowledge with you!

During our voyage you will experience:

Insider stories from the brewing world;
Learning through different brewing styles and appreciation techniques;
Guided tasting of 5 carefully selected craft beers (120-150ml each);
Romanian artisanal cheese and charcuterie pairings;
Tasting guide to take home;
A special beer-themed gift to remember your voyage.

We’ll serve shared charcuterie platters featuring artisanal cheeses, local cured meats, fresh and dried fruits, all selected to complement the beer profiles.
If you have dietary restrictions (lactose intolerance, nut allergies, religious restrictions, etc.), please let me know, so I can prepare a personalised platter for you.
During the event, a photographer will capture the atmosphere and special moments of the evening. If you prefer not to appear in photos or in our social media posts, please let us know before the event begins.
