Winetaste School Sergiu Nedelea organizes the Sommelier Course.
The course is accredited by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Education and Research, approved by the Ministry of Tourism, authorized by the Commission for the Authorization of Adult Vocational Training Providers from the Municipality of Bucharest with Series B Authorization, NO. 0012839 FROM 14.01.2021.
The authorization is issued for Eurosomelier SRL, in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 129/2000 republished, to organize the specialization program for the occupation of Sommelier, code NC/COR 513103.
The course is dedicated to all those who want to acquire the culture of wines, together with essential knowledge about the history of wines, terroir, sensory analysis, types of wine and their association with culinary preparations, the sommelier course is the basis of training to practice in the HoReCa industry and in specific sales.
The course is taught only in Romanian language.
The next course starts on March 17th, 2025 and takes place in Bucuresti. Details here.
