We open the truffle season in Buzau County with a special culinary weekend.

Programme:
- Friday evening: Premium wine tasting from the Dealu Mare wine area (5 grape varieties) with sommelier & Slow Food Carpathian Tapas (dinner).
- Saturday: Summer truffle hunt in the forests around Buzau accompanied by a professional truffle hunter, picnic and drinks included
- Afternoon: Chill-out at the pool/pool bar
- Saturday evening: 3-course dinner based on truffles at the Grigorescu Mansion.
- Sunday 10.00: Slow Food Brunch with regional products from Buzău, at the Grigorescu Mansion
