Event Series: An Introduction to Italian Gastronomy with Edoardo Farinella aka Farinozzo

Join us for an exciting culinary journey through Italy as we explore the art and flavors of Italian cuisine across four immersive workshops, each led by Edoardo Farinella, the creator of Farinozzo. This series is designed to give you a hands-on introduction to Italy’s most beloved dishes, from fresh pasta to iconic desserts.

Part 1: Mastering the Art of Fresh Pasta
Discover the secrets of making authentic Italian pasta from scratch! In this workshop, Edoardo will teach you how to create classic pasta shapes like tagliatelle, pappardelle, lasagna, farfalle, and ravioli, bringing the flavors of Italy to your kitchen.

Part 2: Perfecting Pasta Sauces
Take your pasta to the next level by learning how to craft the perfect sauces to pair with your homemade pasta. From a rich bolognese to a light and flavorful pesto, this workshop will cover essential sauces that every Italian food lover needs to know.

Part 3: Risotto, the Italian Way
Dive into the world of risotto, where creamy texture and rich flavor come together in a dish that’s both comforting and elegant. Edoardo will guide you through the techniques of making a flawless risotto, from selecting the right rice to achieving the perfect consistency.

Part 4: Sweet Endings – Italian Desserts
