We know you missed our events so we are back in 2022 with a first tasting on March 12th😊.
We suggest you to visit a small, artisanal winery, located in Urlati, on the Nucetului Valley, in the Dealu Mare area.
Without being pretentious, the winery, although small, has a great thirst for innovation, alchemy and new tastes that embody the new and proud generation of the Romanian winemaking tradition.
We invite you to taste with us what Dagon Wines has to offer!
Event description:
We meet at 09:30 at Manufaktura Coffee (Victoriei Square area) to go to the first objective in the program, namely the Museum of Folk Art Dr. Nicolae Minovici, also known as "Villa with Bells".
The building located on the Bucharest - Ploiesti Road on the corner with Doctor Nicolae Minovici Street, number 1, is considered one of the remarkable architectural monuments for the neo-Romanian style. The owner himself looked for sources of inspiration in popular architecture. His approach to collecting objects of national art coincided with that of collecting visual experiences that materialized in the project of the villa that has become today the Museum of Folk Art Dr. Nicolae Minovici.
After visiting the villa, we will head to Urlati, the next stop being Dagon Wines Winery. We will arrive around 12:30. We visit the winery, the winery, the barrel room and we will find out the "secrets" of producing Dagon winery wines.
The tasting will include the serving of appetizers (bread, olive oil, raw-dried sausages, cheeses, zacusca, hummus, vegetables) in association with 3 wines from the Clan range, 1 wine from the Estate range, plus 3 wines from the tank, not yet launched on market. During the tasting, we will have water at our discretion and 1 coffee per person.
From the winery you will be able to buy wines at preferential rates, with a discount of at least 10%.
We return to Bucharest around 17:30, after a short stop in Urlati at Casa Bolgiu Craft Confectionery to buy pastries and bakery.
