A Road Bike Journey in Romania (Dealu Mare & Transilvania)

Wineries, fortified cities, manors, Transfagarasan Highway, authentic gastronomy, local traditions, and beautiful people. Approx. 300km, with 2,300 m climbing. This is we prepared for the roadies travellers!

Our program starts on June 6ht, riding in Dealu Mare region and visiting a premium winery.

On June 7th we are visiting Brasov and the surroundings and have a cycling trip to Poiana Brasov.

June 8th - time to reach the „land of manors”, cycling along the mineral water route and visiting a historical place.

June 9th - riding along the fortified churches of the Saxons

June 10th - cycling toward Fagaras Mountains, with a few stops in historical places.

June 11th - crossing the Carpathians along Transfagarasan Highway. Farewell diner organized by our hosts.

June 12th - end of story
