INTRODUCING: 1000 de Chipuri – precious wines from Dealu Mare
For a perfect evening we invite you on Wednesday, November 19, starting at 7:00 PM, to Naive, to a wine tasting of one of the most admired and appreciated producers from Dealu Mare – 1000 de Chipuri.
The story of the wines will be completed by carefully thought-out culinary pairings, designed to highlight each wine, and perfected by the art of the sommelier, who will tell the story of the winery and each individual wine.
From the very beginning, 1000 de Chipuri has uncompromisingly embodied the idea of “different wines” – an approach that propelled them among the elite Romanian wineries.

- Amuse bouche: Sparkling wine
- Chipuri Iordache Fetească Albă, smoked trout salad, full-fat yogurt dressing and corn chips
- Ie de Fințești Syrah, slow-roasted eggplant steak with homemade bread and beetroot-tomato jam
- Distinctis Merlot & Cabernet Franc, beef tenderloin with cherry sauce and caramelized root vegetable purée
- Wild Heritage Carpathia, duck leg confit with mushroom sauce, truffles and baked pumpkin risotto
- Fetească Neagră FN 14, selection of Romanian matured cheeses, dried fruits and nuts
