Tickets can be purchased until 19.10.2022 and provide EXCLUSIVE access to the wineries provided in each route, in the time intervals provided in the visiting program communicated by the organizers!

Details about tickets to Evadare in Dealu Mare 2022
Tickets can be purchased until 19.10.2022 and provide EXCLUSIVE access to the wineries provided in each route, in the time intervals provided in the visiting program communicated by the organizers!
For each route, a LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS per day are available each day, so you better hurry.
Tell your friends and take one of the:
- 100 seats WITH INSURED TRANSPORT by the organizers (from Bucharest and return) - 300 lei / person;
- 20 places WITH OWN TRANSPORT - 250 lei / person.
Other useful information and general conditions related to Escape in Dealu Mare 2022
On each route, depending on the number of guests, they will be divided into one or more coaches or minibuses, the exact visiting schedule will be communicated upon boarding.
The organizers reserve the right to change the program. The means of transport will leave at 9:30 a.m. from Piața Victoriei (Bucharest), visiting the first winery will start at approximately 11:00 a.m. For each winery, a duration of approximately 2 and a half hours is provided (visit, tasting, snacks, questions and answers, purchases on site). Departure back to Bucharest will be around 19.30-20.00 (estimated time of arrival at Piața Victoriei being 21.30).
Each coach will be accompanied by a representative of the organizers, who will provide information to the guests and who will try to answer, as far as possible, their questions and wishes.
When boarding the coach, participants will be asked to complete and sign some documents - agreement to respect the program and conduct during the program, GDPR agreement and the option to appear or not in the images associated with the event. If, in the meantime, the online filling option will be available, it will be made available to visitors on the email addresses provided when purchasing the tickets.
At each winery, hearty platters and water (included in the ticket price) will be available, so that there is no need to interrupt the visiting schedule for lunch.
The quantities of wine tasted at each winery and ensured by purchasing a ticket are 50 ml of each presented wine. Each winery will present at least 4 wines.
If there are people who benefit from accommodation in the area and only want transport within the chosen route, they have the option of purchasing the ticket with transport included and will present themselves at the winery communicated by the organizer for access to the bus. At the end of the tour, they will be disembarked at the winery from where they started the tour, to return to their accommodation. The organizer does not offer transport between the guests' accommodation and the winery where the tour starts and where they will be disembarked at the end.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time, for any reason they consider, in which case the guests will receive back the amounts paid for the tickets.
